On 24/08/20 Dusmit air-purifying system was tested for its ability to inactivate human coronavirus OC43 (HCoV-OC43), by environmental sampling and monitoring of cytopathogenic effect (CPE), in parallel to cellviability assay and verification by quantitative PCR (qPCR).
Test was performed at Hy-Labs.
Test results are better than 99.9999%., but results shows zero viral growth after Dusmit system, Ie Test resolution maxed at log6 but in reality is much higher.
